More Than We Know

There is more to being human than we currently know.

We have spent centuries studying the body, brain, behavior, perception, and physical senses. We know an extraordinary amount about how human beings function, and our understanding continues to expand. But what we have learned does not define the outer boundary of what we are capable of. Human experience keeps showing us more.

Our physical form is not the whole of who we are. We are consciousness expressed through physical form. We are energetic as well as physical. We exist within and interact with a reality that extends beyond what our physical senses can detect. This changes the conversation about human potential.

If we understand ourselves only through the physical body, then our abilities appear to begin and end with what that body can physically sense, access, and affect. We see with the eyes, hear with the ears, communicate through language, gather information through physical observation, and affect the material world through physical action. But those boundaries are not absolute.

We sense beyond what is physically visible. Information reaches us across distance. Communication occurs without spoken language. Awareness can extend beyond the ordinary experience of the body. We interact with energy. Consciousness can connect with other forms of intelligence. Intention is also part of how we interact with reality.

These experiences are often treated as exceptions to what it means to be human. What if they are revealing more of what being human actually means?

Remote viewing, telepathy, precognition, channeling, energy healing, out-of-body awareness, telekinesis, and other expanded experiences are different from one another. Each deserves its own exploration and discernment. Together, however, they point toward a human being far more expansive than a physical body navigating reality through the five senses.

The capacities themselves are only part of the story. The larger exploration is what these experiences reveal about who and what we are.

If consciousness can access information beyond physical distance, awareness may not be confined to where the body is located. Communication beyond speech suggests that consciousness can connect without depending upon the ordinary senses. Sensing and directing energy expands our interaction with reality beyond what is physically visible. And the possibility that consciousness can interact with matter challenges the boundary we have placed between the inner and outer worlds.

These possibilities begin to look different when we remember that we are not separate from the larger reality of which we are a part. We exist within The Field and are part of Living Intelligence—the intelligence moving through nature, consciousness, energy, the cosmos, and us. We are not standing outside this larger reality observing it. We interact with it and express it through our own human experience.

From this perspective, expanded human capacities are not additions to an otherwise ordinary human being. Our connection to energy, consciousness, one another, and the larger reality around us is already part of who we are and these capacities are simply expressions of that larger human nature.

Human potential does not belong to a select few. It is part of the very essence of who we are.

We may access that potential differently. One person may naturally sense energy while another receives information through images or immediate knowing. Someone else may experience telepathy, find remote viewing surprisingly natural, communicate through channeling, or discover an ability to work intentionally with energy. Some capacities may simply be more available to one person than another.

We spend years developing the capacities our culture recognizes~language, memory, analytical thought, physical coordination, creativity. Other aspects of human potential may receive little attention at all. When they appear spontaneously, we may dismiss them or never recognize them as something that can be explored further.

But even the capacities we currently recognize may represent only part of the picture. The capacities we have already identified give us language for particular aspects of human experience. They help us recognize what is happening and give us a way to explore it. But our existing categories do not define the boundaries of what is possible.

There are more.

There may be ways consciousness interacts with reality that we have not yet identified. Some capacities may appear only as fragments because we do not yet recognize what they are. Something can exist before we have language for it, a framework to understand it, or a way to develop it.

That may be one of the most important aspects of human potential: we cannot assume that what we have already discovered represents everything there is to discover. Discernment remains essential, but discernment and possibility are not opposites. We can examine our experiences carefully without reducing them to what we already understand. We can question what happened while remaining open to what it might reveal. Exploration allows both.

Expanded capacities are not what make us more than human. They reveal how much more there is to being human.

We are still discovering the human being~not simply what the body can accomplish, but the larger nature of what we are and what becomes possible when we understand ourselves as physical, energetic, conscious, and an expression of Living Intelligence. There is more to us than what has already been mapped.

More to sense. More to remember. More to access. More to develop...and very likely, more than we currently know to look for.
